The Ministry of Finance has agreed that Tokyo Municipal Transportation Corporation (MTO) will issue a one-year public bond worth $600 million to build the new city’s subway system. However, if the company does not manage to reach agreement within two years, the bond will be cancelled. House for rent in Kiyovu
The bonds represent a significant increase, however not very large, from the $1.33 billion bond offered to the Tokyo municipal corporation last October. Though it is likely that more investors will contribute to the project, there is now no indication that the new system will remain on the road for much longer than six years. According to the documents obtained by the Ministry of Finance, the plan will include the construction of 6,000 new stations along the four main lines of transport between Tokyo and Fukui, Tokyo, Mitsui and Shinjuku, and three new “transit lines” on five stations.
This new station, or new line for each metro line, will include new entrances in each direction and will offer a more direct route to the suburbs.
In addition, the system will employ more than 3,000 workers over the next four years.

Mr Makshin’s complaint to the Rent Board and the Landlord’s Rent Adjustment Tribunal in 2009 was successful. The case took 12 months to resolve. In January 2012 Mr Makshin said he filed his claim against us.
He says our application got ignored and he and his wife were told they should get a divorce.
When asked why we had been denied us two years, Mr Makshin replied: “We felt like this was another piece of paperwork so we went to another tribunal in the month we couldn’t get a divorce.
“We really struggled for a year, then we were given a refund and now they’re taking us back to court after we filed our claim.”
