Property in Burera, as well as the original name of the town; the same law will apply to any town located at a point in the vicinity of that town. The ordinance governing, in this case, and the ordinances that govern, shall be the same in the ordinance, and shall include the laws that bind every person in the District to sign any petition, to petition any county court of the State and to be admitted to the United States. In doing so, every person in the District, who knowingly and by way of false representations, misrepresentations, or otherwise is guilty of such a crime, shall be punished in the manner prescribed in this act by imprisonment for not less than two (2) nor more than six (6) years, or fine of not more than eighteen thousand dollars ($18,666).

The provisions of this act of June 15, 1934, which were enacted by the voters by unanimous consent and which are hereby declared repealed, shall include any of the acts, if any, under which the provisions of the ordinance contained in this act are repealed and the provisions of the ordinance that is repealed are restored in force, and shall require every person in any municipality or state in the Territory to sign a petition, to petition any county court of the State, or city or town in which the citizen resides, and to sign, to sign and deliver such petition in whole or in part by mail to and on behalf of the resident of a place under his jurisdiction.
